Joil Bergeron, MS, CPS, CSCS*D, ACSM HFI is owner of Next Level Performance LLC, a human performance and sports science education company based in Manchester NH at a 9,600sf performance development center, and director for the Fitness Professionals Association of New Hampshire, a fitness education and business networking organization.  Bergeron serves as an adjunct faculty member for New Hampshire Community Technical College, and the NH state director for the National Strength & Conditioning Association.  Bergeron previously served as the strength & conditioning coordinator for the Manchester Wolves, a professional arena2 football team and an NCAA Division I track coach and university instructor at Florida International University.
Chris Blake, MA, ATC, CSCS is the owner of Pro Athletic Training and Development LL based in Rocky Hill, CT.  Blake holds degrees in both sports medicine and biomechanics.  Formerly, Blake worked with teams at UCONN, Sacred Heart, the Boston Red Sox, the New England Seawolves (Arena Football), and numerous high schools.
Rick Cawley is an equipment developer for Dynamax, Inc., and practicing athlete in Austin, Texas. Cawley is actively involved in the production, manufacturing, and management of Dynamax Inc.
Barry Charewicz, BS, CSCS, USAW is a former police lieutenant for 25 years, and was the designated fitness officer for his department.  He has served as a SWAT officer for the Southern NH Special Operation Unit (SNHSOU) for the past 12 years and was also the team's fitness officer. Charewicz is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, law enforcement fitness specialist through the Cooper Institute, and club coach for the US Weightlifting Association. 
Gaetan Fradette, NRPGI, is a practicing golf instructor based out of Biddeford, Maine, where he has taught the sport for more than 20 years.  Fradette has been actively involved with the sport for more than 39 years as both an athlete and mentor to numerous golfers.
Dave Heikennen, MS, CSCS, is the fitness director at The Adirondack Club in Franklin, MA, and state director for the NSCA in Massachusetts.  Heikennen previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, alpine ski instructor, club manager, and college level exercise physiology instructor.  He holds a certification as a National Level 400 Certified Coach by the US Ski Association.
Patrick McCarthy, CSCS is a fitness specialist at The University of New England where he provides strength and conditioning services for 15 varsity teams. McCarthy previously worked at Boyle's Strength and Conditioning Center in Winchester, MA for three years.  He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since June of 2004.
Mark Nutting, BS, CSCS*D, NSCA-CPT*AR, is the fitness director at Saco Sport & Fitnes, holds 12 certifications in the field, and has more than 28 years in personal training and health club management experience. Nutting specializes in post-rehab conditioning and weight management. He is the NSCA Northeast Regional Coordinator, former Maine State Director and Chairperson for the NSCA Personal Trainer SIG. Mark is a leading Business Coach for Personal Trainers with expertise in Networking, Sales, and Marketing.
Heath R. Pierce, M.Ed., CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACSM-HFI is a Clinical Instructor and Internship Coordinator for the Department of Exercise and Sport Performance at the University of New England (UNE) in Biddeford, Maine. Previously, Pierce served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Senior Fitness Specialist at UNE for 10 years. Pierce has more than 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Director and Strength Conditioning Coach. He is the Maine State Director of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is a recognized regional and national speaker and a member of the NSCA, ACSM, AAHPERD, MAHPERD and NASPE. 
Barbra Thibeau, CHFA, NSCA-CPT is owner of Body By Barbra, a personal training company in Biddeford, Maine. Thibeau has worked as a personal trainer for 16 years, specializing in core training. Thibeau holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is an instructor for T'ai Chi, kickboxing, and Pilates. She co-hosts the "Getting Fit With Lou Show," a radio show dedicated to providing health and fitness for the listening public in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Thibeau has worked with populations covering the entire fitness spectrum.
Chat Williams, MS, CSCS*D, NSCA-CPT*D, is the owner of Oklahoma Strength and Conditioning Productions, a company offering sports performance for yourth, personal training, metabolic testing, and educational conferences.  Williams holds positions as the wellness coordinator for Norman Regional Health System, the NSCA State Director Committee Chair, and sits on the NSCA's personal trainer SIG executive council.  Previously, WIlliams was midwest regional coordinator and state director of Oklahoma, where he earned recognition in 2004 as the state director of the year.  WIlliams is the author of instructional DVDs focused on a variety of topics related to the fitness field.
